Once you've scheduled your call, close the tab and continue filling out this form. During onboarding, we will discuss your professional development needs & goals, walk through our program structure & syllabus, and address any questions or concerns that you may have.

Your enrollment fee ($200 USD) will be made via PayPal. Once you click "Submit," your browser will automatically redirect you to PayPal's website. The remaining course fee ($1,000 USD) will be due by Monday, September 27, 2021 at 11:59pm ET. The course fee payment form will be sent to you after your onboarding call, via email.
